Types of Pump Clips and Keg Badges
Developed and refined over 30 years, our pump clips and keg badges have always been an integral product for helping to promote customers brands. Due to the importance of these products, our aim has always been to offer the highest quality at a competitive price, with a focus on customer service.
Our pump clips can be cut to virtually any shape you require (keg badges are supplied as oval or round depending on your specification). We offer six pump clip and keg badge styles, you can select from:
Basic:
· Our original pump clip and keg badge style refined over the years.
· Ideal for temporary guest ales with a satin print finish.
· Comes on 2mm white plastic as standard. However 3mm white, plus 2mm and 3mm black plastic is available as an enhancement.
Gloss:
· A gloss finish with outstanding print quality.
· Gloss metallic effects available as an enhancement.
· Ideal for temporary guest ales.
· Comes on 2mm white plastic as standard. However 3mm white, plus 2mm and 3mm black plastic is available as an enhancement.
Matt:
· A low sheen print finish.
· Add raised spot varnish to your design.
· Available with matt metallic effects (can be combined with raised spot varnish).
· Reverse print available for matt pump clips (great for rear tasting notes).
· Ideal for temporary guest ales.
· Comes on 2mm white plastic as standard. However 3mm white, plus 2mm and 3mm black plastic is available as an enhancement.
ECO:
· Printed on 2.2mm thick FSC certified board, this product is recyclable after use.
· Add raised spot varnish to your design.
· Customisable reverse print available for eco pump clips (great for rear tasting notes). As standard, all Eco products come with our generic reverse print highlighting that the product is recyclable.
· Ideal for temporary guest ales.
PERMANENT - RESIN COATED:
· Ideal for premium and permanent brands.
· A 1.5mm (aprox.) layer of resin is applied to the surface on the pump clip or keg badge to give a more premium finish to the product.
·The gloss layer is scratch resistant.
·Can be applied to metallic and non-metallic finishes.
·Provides a premium finish without the premium price.
PERMANENT - 3MM AND 6MM ARCYLIC:
· Ideal for premium and permanent brands.
· Your design is reversed printed onto the rear of the acrylic, so when viewed, your brand is seen through a 3mm or 6mm crystal clear surface.
· Add an optional front printed layer to create a 3D effect to your design.
TURN AROUND TIMES
Our basic pump clips and keg badges are typically despatched within 2-3 days from the date the order is placed. Enchantments may increase the lead times.
